BargainSherpa publishes comparisons and verdicts about brands and offers across many categories. We do not sell anything, hold no inventory, take no payment and run no checkout. When you act on something you read here, you leave our site and deal directly with a third-party merchant under their terms — we are not a party to that relationship.

02 · No warranty on the content

Accuracy of prices, offers & details

We work hard to keep information correct, but merchants change their prices, offers, codes, terms and availability constantly. We therefore provide the site “as is,” with no warranty that any price, offer, rating or detail is current, complete or error-free. Always verify the live terms on the merchant's own site before you rely on anything — the merchant's terms govern, not ours.

BargainSherpa is a general-audience comparison site. Some merchants we list may impose their own age, residency or eligibility requirements (for example for financial products or age-restricted goods) — those are the merchant's terms, and you must meet them with the merchant directly.

You're responsible for legality where you are

Products, offers and services vary by location and some are restricted in some places. It is your responsibility to know and obey the laws that apply to you before acting on any merchant we mention. We make no representation that any brand, product or offer is lawful or available in your location, and content here is not an offer or solicitation where it would be unlawful.

The BargainSherpa name, the wayfinder mark, the site design, text and original graphics are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse our content without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BargainSherpa and the operating entity are not liable for any loss — including money lost, a purchase you regret, or any indirect or consequential damage — arising from your use of this site, from reliance on its content, or from your dealings with any third-party merchant. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

These terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, applicable law. Nothing in them removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page, with the date above.

If you opt in to marketing from BargainSherpa — for example by subscribing to updates — you consent to receiving email and/or SMS marketing from the operator and from the partner brands whose domains are listed below. We only send marketing where you have given this consent.

You can withdraw it at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us at [email protected] — and withdrawal does not affect any processing carried out before it. We will still send essential service messages (for example, replies to an enquiry you sent us).
